  • An innovative multi-platform concept at the gateway of an emerging arts district, incorporating an international food hall, culinary incubator program, coworking venue, and immersive events and entertainment spaces.

    With audacious goals to offer world-class F&B, entertainment and workspace programming this project involved extensive research and strategic design efforts, including trends studies, proprietary digital and tech development, top culinary partner recruitment, dynamic space and experience design and hybrid operations strategies, generating a model with unprecedented utilization, capital returns and brand value.

  • AVANTI is an original STUDIO SKOV concept focused on reviving the lost gathering places of the past and instilling them with a new, progressive culture.
    AVANTI is a global network of “social hubs” incorporating a members’ club, boutique aparthotel, work and wellness spaces and public F&B and events venues under one roof.
    AVANTI is a uniquely programmed public and private hospitality platform creating a social intersection for like-minded travelers and locals to connect at home and around the world.

  • Opportunity : Woody Fisher repurposed a beloved, local heritage building - a 1890 former volunteer fire hall - into an atmospheric restaurant and bar concept in compliment to the developer's adjacent branded hotel project. The rich history of the site was leveraged into brand identity and interior design programming while F&B programme was competitively positioned to serve the urban visitor traffic and local resident base though all-day offerings and exclusive culinary events and experiences.

    Scope : Pre-opening culinary programme & experience support

  • An inspired consignment retail store focused on promoting local “makers” and their products in central trending urban destinations. Store programming focused on maker-driven masterclasses and events in addition to constant product rotation and new maker incorporation to create meaningful retail engagement between travelers and locals. Built to scale to 10+ urban markets.

    Re-imagining an existing retail operation on Boulder’s notorious Pearl Street, the scope of this project involved intricate building planning (historic / listed site), local community organization coordination, industry trend forecasting, and extensive vendor and partner engagement to produce a dynamic rotational retail concept with immersive local events and experience programming on one of the most iconic outdoor retail streets in America.

  • Partnered with a dynamic development team providing financial analysis and support to this hybrid development project comprised of multi-family, short-term rental, grocery, F&B, retail and public amenities components. Ensured the project economics were developed and maintained through opening and provided post-opening reporting and analysis on performance.

    Opportunity : As part of a continued effort to grow their urban flagship store presence, Whole Foods Market identified an opportunity to develop a flagship store in Denver’s up-and-coming urban core neighborhood, Union Station, as part of the area’s larger redevelopment scheme.

    Scope : Financial analysis, value strategy and broad financial support.

  • An existing brand, Enterprise Coworking, operated two coworking platforms in popular developing neighborhoods requiring re-imagination and unification of the member experience and brand with a goal of building a platform to scale to new locations.

    This project involved a full concept and experience redesign including in-depth market assessment, internal leadership alignment, brand refreshment, repositioning strategy and overhaul changes to facilities, programming, staffing and operations to deliver an elevated, seamless member experience and competitive market model for expansion.

  • A fresh, grab and go cafe concept centered around providing quality food and drink options to an active member base of entrepreneurs and creative professionals. We exclusively partnered with local chefs and small businesses to supply diverse fresh and pre-packaged products. Sweeping success of the cafe program drove owners to scale the concept into the core business model of the coworking brand.

    The scope of this project incorporated internal and external market research, interior redesign, programme overhaul and strategic partnership development to create a dynamic F&B offering aligned with the member experience vision and demand.

  • Partnered with store development teams providing financial analysis and support to the opening of the new Rocky Mountain Regional office for Whole Foods Market in Denver, Colorado.

    Opportunity : Whole Foods Market sought to relocate its Boulder-based regional office to a more central location for employees and partners through the adaptive reuse / renovation of a historic lumber factory in downtown Denver - creating a unique workplace experience by incorporating brand and culture-driven lifestyle components into design and space use.

  • Opportunity : Property owner saw opportunity to rebrand, refresh and reposition centrally located hotel asset in evolving Park City market including partnering with Vail Resorts to promote, manage and incorporate the property into Vail Resorts’ esteemed destination portfolio.
