Ensured the project economics were developed and maintained through opening and provided post-opening reporting and analysis on performance.

As part of a continued effort to grow their urban flagship store presence, Whole Foods Market identified an opportunity to develop a flagship store in Denver’s up-and-coming urban core neighborhood, Union Station, as part of the area’s larger redevelopment scheme.
