An innovative multi-platform concept at the gateway of an emerging arts district, incorporating an international food hall, culinary incubator program, coworking venue, and immersive events and entertainment spaces.
With audacious goals to offer world-class F&B, entertainment and workspace programming this project involved extensive research and strategic design efforts, including trends studies, proprietary digital and tech development, top culinary partner recruitment, dynamic space and experience design and hybrid operations strategies, generating a model with unprecedented utilization, capital returns and brand value.
